Our service department has a team of highly experienced technicians in Auckland and Whangarei who can deal with servicing and repairs on our own brands, as well as just about any other make or model you can think of. Our Auckland Operations and Service Manager Benny Wentzel and Whangarei Branch Manager Tony Rouse are both former technicians who lead their teams from a huge knowledge base in mechanical and electronic technology. Between them all, there’s not much they haven’t seen already and the knowledge is all there ready to apply to our clients’ machines.

As the NZ Hangcha distributor we carry a big range of genuine factory parts because we believe in our product and intend that our product support is the best in the business. Hangcha buyers have shown faith in us and our machines so it’s up to us to make sure they are right to do so. We also stock and procure parts for other forklift brands and just about any kind of equipment as well. We’re really good at finding parts for old machines or unusual models too.
