We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff, customers, suppliers and visitors. This incorporates all our working environments including our sites, our vehicles, supplier locations and especially when working on our customer sites.
Our company takes H&S extremely seriously and our investment in this area is demonstrated by attaining both Sitewise and Impac Prequal. Given the importance we place on the H&S of our team, we also engage an external Health & Safety Advisor, to assist our company with our H&S obligations ensuring that we have the best systems in place to match the needs of our business and those around us.
training & development
We continue to develop our own in-house training program with a mix of on the job training, targeted areas, product updates and specific brand related training as well as various regulatory training requirements. To provide cover throughout the business we cross train our team to help understand each other’s roles. This approach has helped our staff understand the value and role that each person plays within the business improving productivity communication and providing opportunities to progress within the company.
